Operational data maintenance and parameters are also controlled from the Transway TapNGo Back Office.  Report generators are also provided by the TapNGo back office.  The TapNGo back office supports permissions, meaning that your employees dealing with financial issues won’t see operational issues, and vice versa, as per the policy and management decisions made for implementing the Bus Ticketing System or any Public Transport Ticketing System.
